Our Chef Philippe Barberet and his team are proud to offer a refined carte that combines tradition and originality, guaranteeing a truly astonishing gustative experience.

Our gourmet carte is renewed following the seasons.

Subject to the produce available on the market, you will be able to taste the following dishes:

•    Half-cooked duck foie gras served with lavender caramel.
•    Roasted monkfish tournedos prepared with salted butter, served with an emulsion of Le Puy green lentils.
•    Blue lobster prepared with citrus fruit and Sauternes.
